SAC Investments, LLC has been dedicated to providing high quality, well-maintained residential rentals since 2000. Our company offers 1-5 bedroom rental homes in a variety of housing styles and sites: single family, duplex, townhouse, row house, and multi-family apartment setting. Our location is predominantly Milwaukee’s west side communities.

Our mission is to provide a housing experience that will create a long term residency and referral network of highly satisfied residents. We pride ourselves on having developed long term relationships with many of our current residents, staff, and subcontractors. Bottom line: We take pride in our properties and we are looking to build relationships with residents that also take pride in their homes!
